My name is Breige and I’m a Coffs Harbour local artist.
My goal is simple - to remind you that the world is a beautiful and hopeful place. It’s easy to get bogged down in the stress and strain that is the contemporary world. But we don’t need to be.
I am heavily inspired by the ocean meets bush landscapes that are the Coffs Coast. I also can’t get enough of New Zealand and everything magical, whimsical and fantastical.

This is the first of 3 of my mini series! A whimsical halfling house is brought to life in delicate watercolour, inspired by a photograph taken in Hobbiton, New Zealand and ofcourse JRR Tolkeins the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings. Nestled into the landscape, the charming round doorway glows in a warm orange hue, inviting the viewer into a world of quiet magic and storybook charm. Soft washes of Gansai Tambi Kuretake watercolours create gentle textures and depth, capturing the lush greenery and earthy tones surrounding the home, while fine pen details add character and definition to the scene.
