• Local Melbourne Printing: Your clothing is custom-printed to order by skilled makers at The Print Bar in Melbourne using sustainable, eco-friendly inks. Precision printing costs roughly $13 per printed side to cover the specialized equipment, labor, and eco-conscious processes.

• Fulfillment & Shipping: Packing, sorting, and securely shipping your order via carbon-neutral processes across Australia adds up as the final step to get the item safely to your door.

The Artist's Share
Once the high-quality blank, the local printing costs, the packaging, and the shipping are all taken care of, only a very modest sliver is left over for the artist.

Because every single piece in our store is custom-made to order, our return policy looks a little different than traditional retail stores. Please take a quick moment to read how it works before finalizing your purchase:

1. Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing

We do not hold warehouses full of pre-made clothing. The second you buy an item, it is custom-printed just for you by our local Melbourne makers. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you choose the wrong size or change your mind.

• Check the Sizing Chart: To avoid any disappointment, please make sure to check the specific sizing chart listed on each item page and choose carefully before clicking buy.

• Our "Oops" Discount: We still want you to love your apparel! If you do accidentally order the wrong size, please reach out to us. While we can’t accept a return, we will gladly send you a special 50% discount code so you can re-order the correct size at our absolute baseline production cost. You can then keep or gift the original item to a friend!

2. Faults, Misprints, or Wrong Items

If there is an actual mistake on our end, we will fix it instantly at no cost to you!

• What is covered: If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, a print error, or if you were accidentally mailed the wrong item.

• How it is handled: These rare issues are covered and handled fully by our production partner, Printify.

• What to do: Simply send us a message within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the fault. We will immediately lodge it with Printify to have a free, brand-new replacement printed and rushed straight to your door—no need to mail the damaged item back to anyone.
